Step 1: Install USB driver

• install driver (version 3.3.0.1) for Windows Vista / 2008  /  7
• install driver (version 2.0.2.8) for Windows XP
• install the driver (version 2.0.0.18) for Windows 98 / 2000 / 2003.

Step 2: Install SMS360 E-Mail Edition.

Step 3: Connect SMS360 MODEM to PC, then find the COM port number.

• How to Find COM Port Number?
• Step 1 - Right click on My Computer and select Manage.

• Step 2 - Computer management windows will appear. Then, select "Device Manager".

• Step 3 - Select "Ports (COM & LPT)". Look for "Profilic USB-toSerial Comm Port". In this example, the SMS360 Modem is connected to "COM4".

Step 4: Read the user's guide for configuring POP3 and SMTP settings.

Step 5: Fill-up the Limited Warranty Form and submit to Authorised Reseller.
